Information Resources, Inc. Announces Two Global Executive Appointments

Mark Parise Rejoins IRI to Lead International Business; Mark Tims Promoted to Head Global Solution Management Initiative
CHICAGO – Nov. 15, 2006 – Continuing its momentum of building a world-class leadership team, Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), the leading global provider of enterprise market information solutions for the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and healthcare industries, today announced that Mark Parise has rejoined the company as president of IRI International. Parise, who was previously president of IRI Global Content Operations, is returning to IRI after holding the position of president of Experian Marketing Services.

The return of Parise was announced in concert with the promotion of Mark Tims, who was named president of IRI Global Solutions Management, a new worldwide product management organization created to focus on global product development and management. Before moving into his new role, Tims led the company’s international efforts.

Mark Parise has more than 25 years of experience with world-class companies, including General Electric and Chase Manhattan. In addition to leading IRI’s successful operations transformation and launching its Global Operating Center, his responsibilities included the IRI Panel and Consumer Insights business, the Technology Marketing and Consulting business, the In-store Solutions business, the global operations and technology groups and global product management groups.

Mark Tims also has an extensive consultancy and sales track record. He was the U.K. sales manager and then managing director of IRI Software in Europe before becoming managing director of the company’s U.K. market information business in 1996. In 2003, he took on the role of group president of IRI International Operations. Prior to IRI, Tims was with the High Street photo processing retailer, SupaSnaps. He also spent five years at 3M after graduating with a first-class degree in civil engineering.
