IRI Retail Expert Uncovers the "Power of the Pharmacy" at Food Marketing Institute Conference

Thom Blischok Examines Ways to Enhance Customer Loyalty and Grow Sales by Improving Synergies between Pharmacy and Front-End of Store

WHAT: Approximately 40 percent of prescription customers fill their order and then leave the store. Retailers and manufacturers have a tremendous sales opportunity if they can turn even a small percentage of these pharmacy shoppers into total store shoppers. Recognized retail expert Thom Blischok takes a closer look at this opportunity in his presentation "Unleashing the Power of the Pharmacy."
