Designed for participants responsible for idea generation/concept research to product development to marketers of new items, this workshop covers new item launch from pre-concept through the first year in the marketplace.  The workshop is led by expert facilitators with many years of experience in new product launches.  Participants of the SymphonyIRI Group New Item Training will achieve the following objectives:

  • Develop new item launch plans 
  • Learn methods for idea generation and sizing the market
  • Identify the steps in a successful new item launch
  • Learn how to anticipate and prepare a response to competitive actions
