IRI France Signs Deals with Cora and Supermarchés Match

Chambourcy, France – Oct. 7, 2005 – Continuing its momentum in building new business, IRI France today announced its agreement with Cora and Supermarches Match, leading supermarket chains based in France. This agreement means that IRI InfoScan data is available for CPG manufacturers, not only at national and regional level, but also at store level for Cora and Supermarchés Match.

The agreement covers all of the 304 CPG categories. The first delivery of data began in September 2005.

“This new agreement represents, for our clients, an additional step in the comprehension of their markets,” said IRI France Deputy Managing Director Jean-Pierre Gaucher. “The precise sales data from IRI will help them drive their business strategy.”

IRI France has strong collaboration with French retailers, such as “Monoprix, Carrefour, Système U, Hyparlo, Auchan, Atac, Champion and Coop Atlantique,” said Christelle Nigron-Soares, director of retail department for IRI France. “IRI is the only company that provides manufacturers up to 56 percent of hypermarkets and supermarkets sales data at the key account level.
